For 27 years the Welsh Sports Hall of Fame has been the acknowledged charity for recognising and preserving the achievements of Welsh Sportsmen and Sportswomen in all sports.

The next annual dinner will be held on 18 June 2010, again sponsored by UWIC, the country's foremost centre of sports education, and this year will be at Holland House Hotel, Newport Road Cardiff. See Annual Dinner for more details.
Recent additions to the collection include Allan Watkins' England Cricket blazer (donated), Don Shepherd's Glamorgan Cricket sweater (donated), Jim Sullivan's 1932 RL Tour badge, Wales 1905 team photo (donated by Rugby Relics), portrait of Billy Trew (donated by Rugby Relics), photograph of 1958 football squad (donated by Sports Media Services), Joe Calzaghe's Lonsdale belt and 1958 Commonwealth Games blazer (donated by John J. Evans).

Colin Jackson inducted 2005
Colin Jackson is undoubtedly one of the greatest athletes ever in the history of British and Welsh athletics. He is the holder of two world records - indoor 60mH and outdoor 110mH.
He has achieved 25 major medals, including:
- 4 European Gold
- Olympic Silver
- 2 Commonwealth Gold and 2 Commonwealth Silver
- 2 World Championship Gold
